Privacy
Tenang Home follows Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022). We only collect what we need to look after your home.
What we keep
Your name, WhatsApp number, home address and cluster, the services we did, photos of the work, your ratings and your Tenang Stamps. If you create an account: your email address and a password, which we store only in scrambled (hashed) form and can never read. While a technician is on the way to you, their phone's location is shown on your booking link. Technicians also record a short video of the finished work, kept for 60 days.
Why
To schedule and carry out jobs, show you your booking and home history, run the loyalty programme and keep our quality up. We never sell your data or use it for anything else.
Who sees it
Our admin team and the technician assigned to your job. Technicians only see the jobs they're doing, including your name, WhatsApp number and address so they can reach you.
Technician location
Technicians share their phone's location only while they're on the way to a job, and only the customer's private link and our admin see it. We keep just the latest point and delete it as soon as the job starts.
How long
While you're a customer, and up to 2 years after your last booking. After that it's deleted or made anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll do it within 3 × 24 hours.
